Giants’ Brian Daboll sought to ‘learn more’ during Women’s Conference

The NFL is currently underway with its sixth annual Women’s Forum.

The Women’s Conference is an amazing event geared towards promoting the inclusion of women in football. The goal is to connect female participants of the forum with professional football organizations whether it be for networking, learning, or job opportunities.

This forum has provided a ton of success for women in football — over 200 opportunities have been developed from this conference, and 23 out of the 32 NFL teams have hired former Women’s Forum participants.

This event is a learning experience for all those involved, including Brian Daboll, the new head coach of the New York Giants.

Daboll is not taking this opportunity for granted as Sam Rapoport reports that the former Bills offensive coordinator asked to stay on after to “learn a little more.”

The Giants are heavily invested in this year’s conference as Giants general manager Joe Schoen was among the conference speakers. He was joined by offensive quality control coach, Angela Baker, and director of coaching operations, Laura Young, who also participated at the Women’s Forum.
