Giants are re-signing long snapper Casey Kreiter

The New York Giants are bringing back long snapper Casey Kreiter for another season, agreeing to terms on a new contract on Wednesday. Terms of the deal are pending.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter was the first to report the move.

The 31-year-old Kreiter has played every game for the Giants since being signed as a free agent in 2020. He had spent the previous four seasons as the Denver Broncos’ long snapper.

Kreiter was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa in 2014. After two years on their practice squad, Kreiter was signed by the Broncos and won a spot on the roster as their starting long snapper.

Kreiter has played at a high level here with the Giants and has not missed a game since the beginning of the 2017 when he was with Denver.
