Giant cruise ship MS Amadea makes return visit to Liverpool

The cruise ship MS Amadea is making a return visit to Liverpool today (Monday).

The German ship is in the midst of a 12-day British Isles round trip out of the port of Bremerhaven. During that time, it has visited locations around England, Scotland and Ireland. The ship is due to be at the Liverpool cruise terminal from 8am to 8pm.

The vessel has eight passenger decks, with a total number of 254 cabins, including 42 Suites - two of of them "Royal." Of the cabins, 106 have a private balcony.

MS Amadea offers entertainment such as: Wellness Area, Fitness Center, Beauty Salon, Amadea Spa, sauna, steam bath, Golf Garden, table tennis, shuffleboard, Sport Deck, whirlpool, pool, Captain’s Garden, Boutique, all-around promenade, cinema, Photo/Video Shop & Gallery.

The vessel weighs in at 29,000 tonnes and is 633ft long, and was previously here in June.

It is owned by Amadea Shipping Company and operated under charter by the Germany-based Phoenix Reisen.
