Manchester City fans have been dishing out the superlatives for Erling Haaland once again after the striker netted his 21st and 22nd goals of the season in Saturday’s clash with Brighton.
The attacker drew a blank for just the second time in the league this season against Liverpool at Anfield last week, but got back to scoring ways on Saturday. He’s now scored 17 goals in 10 Premier League matches.
Haaland powered past the Brighton backline to open the scoring on 22 minutes before firing home from the spot two minutes before the break. It means he's scored two or more goals in seven games across all competitions.

Haaland needs just six more goals to equal the total that won Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min the Premier League Golden Boot last season, already one away from the tally Cristiano Ronaldo - who came third - recorded for Manchester United last term (18).
City fans on Twitter have been lauding their star striker, who will be resting during the World Cup break with Norway failing to qualify for Qatar. Supporters are running out of words to describe Haaland, sharing their delight at his latest haul on Saturday.
