The latest entry to the iconic Tekken series is finally here! Tekken 8 is now available worldwide and arrives exclusively for the PC through Steam along with the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S. There's a lot of new gameplay modes and features to enjoy along with completely remodeled characters. The game is offered in Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions.
Developed by Bandai Namco Studios, the game pushes the envelope when it comes to fighting games as it takes full advantage of what the latest generation of consoles can offer. This allows for what may be the most visually stunning, as well as most immersive, title in the franchise to date.
The story follows the end of a gruesome battle that saw Heihachi Mishima defeated. A fight now focuses on Kazuya Mishima, who's quest to dominate the world is being opposed by Jin Kazama.

- Players can test their skills against ghosts in Super Ghost Battle.
- Multiplayer with Cross-Play
- The game features various multiplayer modes, including local versus and online ranked and player matches.
- Tekken Ball returns which is where players can challenge friends and foes regardless of their platform with online cross-play.
In a statement, Bandai Namco Entertainment America VP of marketing and digital business Mike Chang said that the release of this new title marks as a great day for fans of fighting games around the world. He added that the game brings the series to the new generation with its stunning visuals along with new game modes and new features.
