Get paid £250 to eat - but you'll need to be right-handed

Cambridge University is offering £250 for people to take part in an eating study. The study will focus on eating behaviours with researchers using brain scans, blood tests and questionnaires.

Any fluent English speakers who are right-handed and aged 18 to 45 with no history of mental health disorders can take part. The study will involve two visits to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.

The first visit will last two hours, while a second will be an overnight stay lasting around 36 hours. Participants will be paid £250 plus travel expenses.

A letter from the University of Cambridge reads: "We are inviting participants to take part in a brain imaging study on eating behaviour. The study will involve two visits to Addenbrooke’s Hospital: one screening visit, lasting about 2 hours, and one overnight visit, lasting about 36 hours."
