England will be looking to resurrect their Nations League campaign quickly after suffering a shock defeat to Hungary in Budapest. The Three Lions travel to Munich where they will face Germany in their second group match of the campaign and the first time since the European Championships.
Gareth Southgate's side are 12/5 with Betfred while Germany are 6/5 favourites ahead of the tie at the Allianz Arena while a draw is 23/10. This will be the 34th meeting between the two sides with the visitors looking to add another win to the one they picked up in last summer's Euros.
They go to Bavaria against a German side who are very much on a revival since Hansi Flick's appointment. The former Bayern boss has won eight and drawn twice as the new Die Mannschaft manager but did look like they faced a serious fight European champions Italy and drew with the Netherlands in a friendly back in March.
The disappointing loss to Hungary would certainly serve as a wake up call for the Three Lions squad with a World Cup campaign just five months away. They have the chance to make an argument in Munich before welcoming Italy to Wembley and getting revenge on Hungary before the end of the international break too.

Betting angles
Harry Kane had a quiet game against Hungary as the Three Lions failed to be more clinical in front of goal with only four shots on target out of 12 recorded attempts. The England captain was on the scoresheet to secure the host's place in the quarter-finals on Euro 2020 when the two sides last met.
Southgate will face a number of issues with Flick with the German boss still unbeaten in his first 10 matches since joining back in August. An 80% win record and an average of 3.5 goals for the Germans per match means this match could well be an end-to-end clash. Over 2.5 total goals is evens with Betfred while a double chance on England/Draw is 8/13.
