Georgia vs Florida: Updated UGA injury report

Injury: Knee (MCL)

Status: Questionable 

Carter was knocked out of the game at Missouri due to an MCL sprain.

Kirby Smart after Tuesday’s practice: “It’s the MCL. But the degree of that, severity of that just depends on conditioning level, how fast he can get back. He’s working to get back.”

Injury: Ankle

Status: Questionable 

Mitchell sustained an ankle injury Week 2 against Samford and has missed the last five games

Kirby Smart: “AD is a high ankle sprain. … It is lingering. It’s a pain in the butt. So he’s battling to come back and doing everything we ask.”

Status: Probable 

Mondon suffered an ankle injury in Georgia’s win at Missouri in Week 5 and has missed the last two games.

Kirby Smart: “Smael was able to practice toward the end of the week and did a good job. Didn’t see him, really, yesterday in terms of doing anything.”

RB Kendall Milton

Injury: Groin

Status: Probable 

Milton sustained a groin injury against Auburn and missed the matchup with Vanderbilt.

Kirby Smart: “So we’re expecting him to be able to go…”

Injury: Foot fracture 

Status: Out 

Jackson suffered a hairline foot fracture earlier this season and will have surgery. He is likely done for the season.

RB Andrew Paul

Injury: Knee (ACL)

Status: Out 

Kirby Smart: “He couldn’t be with a better athletic training staff. I know Ron has got a great history with the ACL recoveries and expecting him to come back stronger than ever.”

LB CJ Washington

Injury: Neck

Status: Out 

The true freshman suffered a neck injury in spring practice. Washington is working his way back but a timetable for his return has not been disclosed.
