The Georgia Bulldogs (11-2, 7-2) play the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (12-1) in the 2025 Sugar Bowl. Georgia is a one-point favorite, which reflects the Sugar Bowl is expected to be a toss-up.
Georgia’s hype video for the Notre Dame game is titled “Strength In Unity.” The video is narrated by former Georgia and current Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey.
McConkey speaks about how the team is stronger together and not individually. Success is measured in trust and sacrifice with the strength of the connection between the players. The connection among one another separates the ordinary from the elite.
A term that has been used by coach Kirby Smart this season is “mudita,” which is a Sanskrit and Pali word that means, roughly, having joy for another person’s success.
The Sugar Bowl is the start of postseason play for Georgia and its quest for another national championship. Georgia fans want to see that connection and the Dawgs bringing home the win against Notre Dame.
