2020: Georgia tops Mississippi State in JT Daniels' first start
The Georgia Bulldogs won 31-24 over Mississippi State in Athens back in 2020. Georgia already had two losses, but started quarterback JT Daniels in a fun game. Daniels threw for 401 yards and four touchdowns in Georgia’s win.
Mississippi State’s defensive front was dominant. The Bulldogs limited Georgia to only eight rushing yards. Mississippi State quarterback Will Rogers will get another chance to beat Georgia after failing to do so in 2020.

Georgia opened the game up with a flea flicker touchdown and shut down Mississippi State’s offense. Georgia won 31-3 behind a pair of Nick Chubb touchdowns and a couple Jake Fromm passing touchdowns.
2010: Mississippi State's last win in the series
Mississippi State last defeated Georgia in 2010. Mississippi State won 24-12 over Aaron Murray, Caleb King, and more. The 2010 season was Georgia’s last losing season. Vick Ballard and Chris Relf helped Mississippi State prevail in a contest that ended up as one of Dan Mullen’s best wins at Mississippi State.
