A shocking incident unfolded in Georgia as a couple was apprehended by authorities for attempting to solicit men online to engage in sexual activities with their own 2-year-old daughter. The suspects, identified as a 26-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, were taken into custody by Grovetown Police following a tip-off.
The female suspect was charged with two counts of child molestation and one count of violating the Computer or Electronic Pornography and Child Exploitation and Prevention Act of 2007. On the other hand, the male suspect faced charges of criminal attempted incest and criminal attempted child molestation.
According to police reports, the couple was allegedly using the online chat platform MeetMe to connect with individuals willing to engage in sexual acts with their toddler. Further investigations revealed that the woman had been creating and selling sexually explicit content on various online platforms, some of which included her own children, including the 2-year-old, for financial gain.
Disturbingly, it was uncovered that the male suspect was actively making plans and seeking permission from the female suspect to engage in sexual activities with their 2-year-old daughter. As a result of these heinous actions, all children in the household were removed from the premises and placed under the care of the Division of Family and Children Services.
Following their arrest, the couple was taken to the Columbia County Jail, where they are anticipated to face additional charges in connection with their abhorrent behavior. The community and law enforcement officials are shocked and appalled by the egregious nature of the crimes committed by the suspects, emphasizing the importance of vigilance and reporting any suspicious activities involving child exploitation.
