Georgia Bulldogs cornerback Kamari Lassiter is entering in the 2024 NFL draft. Lassiter was Georgia’s top cover cornerback for the 2023 college football season and is a sound tackler. His defensive presence will be missed next season.
The junior cornerback totaled 37 tackles and eight pass deflections in 2023. Lassiter is ranked as the No. 23 player in the 2024 NFL draft, according to Tankathon.
Kamari Lassiter joins safety Javon Bullard in entering the NFL draft. Georgia’s secondary will look very different for the 2024 season, but is still expected to return key players like cornerback Julian Humphrey and safety Malaki Starks.
Kamari Lassiter announced his intentions to enter the NFL draft via Instagram. Lassiter ended his career the right way with a win in the Orange Bowl against Florida State.
