The game that was expected to be tense turned into a laugher for the San Francisco 49ers.
Brock Purdy threw 4 touchdown passes, 3 to tight end George Kittle, as the NFC West leaders were clobbering the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at SoFi Stadium.
With most of the final quarter left, Kittle had 3 receptions for 67 yards and each went for a score.
Purdy also threw a touchdown pass to Kyle Juszczyk in the romp.
Purdy was on target for most of his throws while Dak Prescott was picked 3 times by San Francisco as of early in the fourth quarter.
The game was so out of hand that Sam Darnold took over for Purdy with double-digit minutes left in the final quarter.
