Recently, George caused a stir after sharing a photo, originally posted by digital creator Sinead Crowe, of its Black Seam Detail Wide Leg Woven Trousers (£15) and its Black Co-Ord Blazer (£26). The black suit is a consistently popular wardrobe staple, with many stores and brands offering similar versions.
Marks and Spencer offers a range of black suits and items that can be mixed and matched, while those keen to invest in a more high end purchase can peruse the offerings by designer brand, Karen Millen.
Captioning an image of its suit on Instagram, George at Asda simply penned: "A moment for the black suit @sineadcrowe The classic everyday staple to your new-season wardrobe, and from just £10."
The suit proved popular on the hit social media platform, with the image racking up hundreds of likes and comments. Phoebe said: "SUCH good value". Rachel said: "I love this suit, fabulous", and Annabelle commented: "Omg this is so completely stunning, I can't cope!! So classy".
Other shoppers simply posted emojis to show their appreciation for the suit, while some tagged their friends to direct them to the post. On George's website, the item has received similar praise. Of the trousers, one happy customer said: "Really good quality and style. Well worth the money."
Another said they're "so comfortable" but a "little long", so petite shoppers may only be able to wear them with heels. You can find your nearest Asda store by clicking here.
