Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan and husband Jacob abided by strict 'sex schedule' to get pregnant

Holly Hagan has revealed that she and her footballer husband Jacob Blyth followed a strict 'sex schedule' in order for heer to get pregnant with their first child together.

After taking the decision to postpone their wedding in 2021 due to Covid restrictions still in place, Geordie Shore original Holly and Bradford Park Avenue player Jacob finally tied the knot in a stunning Ibiza ceremony last summer, with Holly's close friends and co-stars Charlotte Crosby and Sophie Kasaei both bridesmaids for the nuptials..

Holly and Jacob's beautiful wedding, which saw guests treated to music by X Factor star Grace Davies, was captured by Geordie Shore cameras and then shown as part of the MTV programme's successful Reunion series.

That finished airing in the autumn and, months on from her wedding been seen by viewers across the globe, Holly had some big news last week when she revealed that she and Jacob were expecting a baby. She made the announcement in a touching Instagram video, which featured footage of her and Jacob saying their vows on their wedding day and ended with him opening a box with a positive pregnancy test inside as his reaction was captured on camera..

And now a delighted Holy has shared details of her and Jacob's rather regimented and not overly romantic method for conceiving, telling OK Magazine: "“The month I fell pregnant was the month we really tried. We used a method called the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. They call it the Baby Dance Schedule. From the eighth day of your cycle you’re supposed to have sex every other day.

"Then once you have a positive ovulation test you have sex every day for three days, then you skip a day and have sex again. It’s not the most romantic but it worked. We didn’t leave much room for error. It wasn’t some fairy tale.”
