It's clear to see what Geordie Shore star Gary Beadle has been up to since leaving the show four years ago.
The former reality star showed off his muscular new look as he flexed his muscles for an Instagram snap on Thursday.
Looking like a Hollywood action star, the dedicated fitness fanatic told fans he'd completed his "Morning cardio".
After encouraging them to join him, the 32-year-old then added: "Ignore the hair it’s at a really crap stage of growing it."
After starring in the MTV show from 2011 to 2017, Gaz went on to appear in the second series of Ex On The Beach in 2015, before returning for a second 'All Stars' series in 2016.
In 2019 he made a return to screens in MTV'S Geordie OGs, which followed the original cast members, alongside Aaron Chalmers, Holly Hagan, Marnie Simpson and Sophie Kasaei.
Today, Gaz lives with fiancée Emma McVey and their son Chester, who turns two this month, and one-year-old daughter Primrose.
Primrose suffered undiagnosed health problems after her birth, and the couple delayed wedding planning to concentrate on her recovery.
He told the Mirror last year that Emma had "tamed him".
Gaz said: "She's just so down to earth. Even now, I'll say, 'Let's go to M&S' and she just says 'No let's just go to Asda'.
"It's nice to have someone like that because on the other hand you could have someone who's really pretentious and materialistic and she's not, she's just so dedicated to them kids."
In Geordie Shore, Gaz coupled up with now ex Charlotte Crosby.
Charlotte, who went on to appear in her own show, was devastated when he got between the sheets with Jemma Lucy.
