Chloe Ferry has paid a visit to a £1.1million property in Newcastle as she looks set to fly the next from her North Tyneside home.
The Geordie Shore star and reported millionaire revealed last year that she was making her new build house in Backworth available for rent but earlier this year put it up for sale for £465,000.
Since then, Chloe gave her many Instagram followers a tour of a huge Newcastle home she visited and on Saturday did the same for another, which is on the market with a sizeable price tag.
The 25-year-old uploaded a picture of its reception staircase on her Insta story along with a series of love heart emojis and it's easy to see why as that is one of many amazing features inside.
The detached five bedroom property on the outskirts of the city is on the market with Rare, an off shoot of famous North East estate agents Sanderson Young.
