Geordie Shore's Aaron Chalmers heartbreak as baby son back in hospital

Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers has revealed his newborn son Oakley is back in hospital, just two weeks after he was allowed to take him home.

The 35-year-old doting dad said his son needed an operation after he was born with health issues last month. Oakley will need to undergo a series of surgeries for the next 18-24 months, but Aaron said the first has come around "unexpectedly".

The reality star took to Instagram on Saturday to share a sweet snap of himself looking after the tot, who he shares with his girlfriend Talia Oatway.

He elaborated on his son's condition and said he had been having trouble breathing, but is now doing well with the help of nasal tubes.

"I just thought I'd tell you about my day, so I'm at the hospital, the little man's having a sleep.

"He's had his cannula taken out he's still got all the tubes and air and stuff in his nose so he's in some pain bless him, but he's having a sleep and he's with his mummy."
