Gemma Collins has shared an update after revealing that she had been tended to by paramedics last night.
The reality TV star, 42, took to Instagram this morning to tell her followers that she had received medical attention, seemingly at home, for an undisclosed health concern.
She has now shared details about the experience, with the TOWIE alum saying that she had suspected she was having a heart attack, though fortunately that wasn't the case.
Discussing the situation in a video uploaded to the platform this afternoon, she said: "Hi guys. Just to say thank you for all your well wishes. I had a terrible shock last night."
Gemma continued in the video: "I had terrible chest pains. I thought I was having a heart attack. Anyway, thank god, it wasn't that. I will go into it all later but I just want to say thank you for your well wishes.
"The NHS were absolutely incredible. I had y'know nothing but such a great experience with them, and y'know I just really hope they get all their pay rises, cause they just work so hard."
"I'm just very happy to not have died from a heart attack last night. But, onwards and upwards. I'm at work. I will report back later," she further told her followers earlier.

Gemma posted about the experience this morning, initially uploading a photo of a paramedic. She wrote: "Thank you to all the amazing people that helped me this evening".
She later posted a photo of an ambulance, which is believed to have been at her home. Gemma wrote: "Really thankful in these current time to have such an amazing service #payriseforkeyworkers."
Gemma has since returned to work, telling fans in her update earlier that she was on the set of an "amazing" photoshoot. She also shared footage from behind the scenes.
Giving fans a glimpse at the makeup area, wardrobe and the set itself, she told her followers: "Nothing stops me from working." She further commented: "I'll never let anyone down."
She later posted an update that showed confetti on the floor, with the video having seemingly been taken at the end of the photoshoot as the studio was being tidied up.
