Gemma Collins has hinted she’s eyeing up a move to London as she revealed she’s selling her £1.3 million Essex mansion.
The gorgeous home, which the former The Only Way Is Essex star bought in 2021, and the property recently underwent a huge renovation.
However, Gemma’s now decided to up sticks and move away from her hometown, and she claimed Essex had become too “toxic” for her to stay there any longer.
The 42-year-old has “outgrown” her home, and has her sights set on moving out of her Essex mansion before she ties the knot with Rami Hawash.
Gemma told OK! magazine she’s hoping to move to the posh London area of Knightsbridge, or Surrey, where her former TOWIE co-star Sam Faiers lives.
“I want to move – that’s the plan now. I love it up there. That’s where I have my sights set, because I’ve got a country pad anyway,” she explained.
“I’m loving country life in the summer. Listen, there will always be a bit of Knightsbridge fever in me,” Gemma quipped.
She’s also got big dreams for her move to the capital, as she revealed she’s planning on hosting mum and baby groups in her new pad.
“Going to the mother and toddler groups never interested me, unless it’s Knightsbridge, darling,” she joked.
Gemma added: “And I’m happy to host my own one indoors or around the vegetable patch. A bit of organic pressed champagne!”
She also told The Sun she needed to move out of her Essex home before tying the knot with Rami, as it was “filled up to the rafters”.
“I need to move house, or find another house before I get married,” she said.
Gemma bought her Essex mansion in January 2021, after living with her brother Russell during lockdown.
