Gemma Collins 'proud of myself' amid 'constant battle' with under active thyroid and PCOS

Gemma Collins has revealed she is proud of herself for reaching her fitness goals as she battles an under active thyroid and polycystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS).

The former TOWIE star, 41 has continued to show off her weight loss with her fans on social media. She took to Instagram on Sunday to showcase her two hour walk with her 2.2 million followers.

Gemma looked fantastic in leopard print as she power walked up the steps in Clivedon. She was filmed by partner Rami Hawash who gushed how proud he was of her as he supported her on the walk.

He said: "Well done baby, you're there. Wow. Woo. You made it. Proud of you."

After reaching the top of the steps, Gemma said she felt like she was going to die - a claim Rami quickly laughed off and dismissed.

Alongside the video, Gemma wrote: "After 2 hours walking and loving life I didn’t realize the only way back up was 172 steps !!!!

"There was no way out !!!Reaching my fitness goals feels great but there’s always that moment when you do feel like your going to die. Well done @rami_hawash_ for keeping me going

"Having PCOS and UNDER ACTIVE THYROID I’m always up against it !!!! People don’t realize or sympathize everyday is a struggle with these two conditions but I keep going and I’m very proud of myself cause it’s really exhausting and a constant battle."

Fans and famous faces were quick to praise the star in the comments section.

One user wrote: "And you still look great after that! Id be a sweaty mess on the ground. Well done Queen!"

Another commented: "Go you...i totally get it as i got diagnosed a year ago with under active thyroid and it definitely has it's struggles..it's the tiredness that gets to me... but getting there ....it's great you share these things so relatable."

And a third said: "You should be proud of every movement you make. I have thyroid issues and have done for 12 years. I had mine removed and its constant battle! You've got this girl!"

Gemma and Rami have been making long walks a regular occurrence lately and the pair hit the countryside earlier in the month.

The blonde beauty shared a snap to her social media and captioned it: "A beautiful day amongst nature 6 mile walk and feeling all organized for my week ahead I know we’re all wintering but it’s going to be spring soon and I can’t wait ! a good walk gets your mind straight I feel so good."
