Gemma Collins mobbed by fans in Manchester as she cuts bold figure in 90s-style fluorescent suit

Gemma Collins wowed as she left the Opera House theatre following the opening night of her one-woman show. The former The Only Way Is Essex star brought the first show of her GC's Big Night Out tour to Manchester.

And Gemma, who is taking on the iconic role of Mama Morton in the touring production of Chicago: The Musical from next month, razzle dazzled 'em in a vibrant suit and shades as she was mobbed by excited fans. She teamed her on-trend 90s-style suit with bold pink heels that also added to the nostalgic look that evoked memories of the decade that gave us Beverly Hills 90210 and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

The 41-year-old was all smiles as she posed for photos outside the theatre. And on her Instagram she shared her video of the moment she stepped outside to be greeted by her audience.

The reality star, who shot to fame as part of the cast of The Only Way Is Essex alongside the likes of Mark Wright, James 'Arg' Argent, and the Faiers sisters, had been sharing her preparations for the eight-show tour on her social media pages, telling fans it'd be the "the best and biggest night out of 2022."

Before the show, Gemma shared a sneak peek at her look for the evening - and it was full-on glam with her blonde hair worn in curls and hot pink makeup to match her glitzy feathered costume. She said about her Chicago role: "The harder you work …. The luckier you get everyone has the magic within them you just have to believe I am so excited to be playing MAMA."
