Gemma Collins is "living her best life" as she showed off her weight loss with an important message to her followers.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, The Only Way Is Essex star posted a sun-kissed snap of her "glowing" in a white swimsuit on a beach in an unknown location. The 41-year-old was all smiles as she donned her sunglasses, posing for the camera and showing off her tan.
The reality star has previously been on a health kick, resulting in a three stone weight loss. She urged her followers to embrace their imperfections last month as she was 'so over' filters.

But over the weekend, Gemma shared an inspirational message to her fans as she shared the holiday snap. Captioning the post to her 2.2million followers, she wrote: " Don’t worry BE HAPPY, been having a wonderful summer guys here there and everywhere…. work… quick breaks…quick flights it’s defo good to make the most of any spare time you got the real rich in life is time rich."
The post brought in hundreds of comments of praise. One person wrote: "You look beautifully fabulous", as a second said: "Looking stunning Gemma. Lovely to see you so happy."
