Gemma Atkinson has said women 'can do both' in her latest social media post.
The Hits Radio host is often giving positive - and honest - updates on her Instagram page and so her latest is no different.
Gemma, 37, took to her page and shared a side-by-side image with her 1.7m followers.
One of the photos showed the former Emmerdale and returning Hollyoaks star showing off her toned abs in a black sports bra and short red boxing shorts.

The other snap showed Gemma on a glitzy red carpet, dressed to the nines in a backless, halterneck black gown.
"When we can do both," Gemma simply captioned the post to her followers.
Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite was among the first to comment, writing: "You most certainly can."
Fans were also flooding the post with messages.

And the comments section was flurried with flame, heart eyes, and applause emojis.
It comes just a couple of weeks after Gemma made a plea to her followers when it come to stepping on the scales.
The fitness fanatic is no stranger to regularly sharing her workouts on Instagram - good or bad.
And the presenter, from Bury, said she had weighed herself after getting 'back on it' with her food and training after feeling sluggish from relaxing her usual regime between her birthday in November until the end of December.
However, she found that she was heavier than she was just a few days before Christmas.
Gemma, who has penned her second book The Ultimate Body Plan for New Mums 12 Weeks to Finding You Again, quickly urged fans not to let the number on the scales define them.
The mum-of-one, who has a two-year-old daughter Mia with her fiance Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka Marquez, also said that while growing up her family didn't have scales in their house.
