Gemma Atkinson has shown her sweaty reality as she joins the millions of us battling the heatwave this week. The Hits Radio host took to Instagram with two very different images showing it's not always glam being a celebrity.
She shared one image from photoshoot, showing her looking intensely into the camera with her hair wet and spread across her face as she bit on her finger. Gemma could also been seen rocking a dark and smokey eye look and a nude lip for the sultry shoot.
Meanwhile, the former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress proved not everything is at seems on social media as she showed herself in a brief clip, walking down the street in the baking sun.

Gemma, 37, looked hot and bothered while donning a black, sleeveless gym top as her blonde locks were left scraped back away from her face as she scowled in bewilderment at the scorching temperatures to the camera. "How I sweat on Instagram VS how I sweat at home…" she captioned the snap.
Regardless of how sweaty she may have felt, her millions of followers were soon sharing comments complimenting the TV and radio star. @ tormarch said: "Beautiful both ways, in fairness!" @nicolatowers69 echoed:" Absolutely gorgeous either way." @lisajaneshepheard replied: "Stunner in both!!!"
@lorrspeirs wrote: "I love how real you are, beautiful inside and out." @nnicolao shared: "You are so real. Keep being u. Great role model for my 16 year old." @amandabh46 added: "I love how real you are soo normal even though you’re a celeb you’re my favourite."
And she has swapped one hot climate for another after recently jetting off on an emotional family holiday to Spain. Gemma headed back to her fiance Gorka Marquez's hometown with their daughter Mia. They jetted off to Bilbao in northern Spain to enjoy some family time after being kept away from Gorka's parents for a couple of years due to Covid.
Gemma, from Bury, shared video clips and photos on her Instagram of the family while away as they took in the stunning scenery and glorious sunshine. The trio went bodyboarding while at the beach. Posting a picture of herself in a black swimsuit she looked like a natural as she posed with her bodyboard under her arm.
She spoke about how lucky Strictly Come Dancing pro Gorka is to have grown up living just 15 minutes away while joking that they live the same distance from a Co-op back in the UK. "Yesterday at the beach," she wrote. "How lucky Gorka was growing up with this just a 15 min walk from his house. He’s now a 15 min walk from the local Co op in town."
Upon arriving in Spain, Gemma shared a photo of three-year-old Mia heading to the beach, holding the hands of her grandparents, Gorka's mum and dad. "After 2 and a half years, we made it back to Spain," the mum-of-one shared with her followers alongside the beautiful photo as they headed towards the sand and sea.
"Happy tears were shed and the first stop was the beach with Abuelo & Abuela." And fans even admitted to getting 'goosebumps' over the 'moving' photo of the family being reunited once more. Following her return to the UK, Gemma shared a series of snaps of the family with Mia's teddy bear 'Cat'.
She added in the post: "Back to reality now and back home. We had the best few days with Gorks family. Lots of tears were shed in the airport saying Adios. Im glad Mia had some quality time with them & we’ll see them again at Christmas."
