Gemma Atkinson has shared adorable video of her daughter Mia following in her fitness fan parents' footsteps working out in the gym. Gemma proudly watched as three-year-old Mia enjoyed spending time in their home gym with her dad Gorka Marquez.
Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka was Mia's gym buddy as she followed his moves with some toy weights of her own. Gemma shared a clip of father and daughter lifting weights together and performing kettlebell swings.
In another clip posted on Gemma's Instagram Gorka, 32, beamed as he held onto Mia's hand as she had a go running on a non-electric treadmill. Hits Radio presenter Gemma shared the super-sweet clip with the motivating song Hearts on Fire from the Rocky IV film.
Gemma, who is expecting her second child with fiance Gorka, also shared a comical clip of herself, as she put together a jigsaw, asking Mia what type of workout she was going to do. "Upper body, lower body, what you thinking?" she asked. And Mia replied confidently: "Everything." "Have a good workout," Gemma told her daughter.

Gemma explained: "She's been asking to go in the gym all day. She loves it." As the doting mum, 38, watched Gorka show Mia how to do burpees, she gasped as she told her: "Woah! I can't even do them." Gemma, who is expecting a baby boy this summer, told her followers: "I genuinely cannot wait to be back at burpee box jumps! Something I never ever thought I'd say."
Last August former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star Gemma, from Bury, was applauded as she shared video of mother and daughter spending quality time together in the gym. "Every Saturday we spend time in the gym. She asks questions, she watches, she learns, she grows. I hope you always want to train with me Mia," she wrote.
The Body Coach Joe Wicks replied: "Love love love this." Her Hits Radio colleague Fleur East exclaimed: "This is amazing!! What an incredible example you are as a Mother. Mia is so adorable." And ljmines said: "Love her little gym equipment, nice touch. You are a great mum hun."
Gemma has raised laughs as Gorka returned home after two weeks away. Gemma posted a picture of a shirtless Gorka as she said: "What I thought was coming home." She followed this with a video clip of Gorka watching the footballer on a laptop in bed as she added with crying-laughing emojis: "Vs what actually came home."
The loved-up couple met when she took part in the 2017 series of Strictly, dancing her way to the finals partnered with Aljaž Škorjanec. In 2019 they welcomed Mia.
She previously joked as she celebrated his homecoming with a throwback video of herself nimbly performing the splits in her seat at Hits Radio, where she presents the drivetime show with Mike Toolan. She posted it alongside a clip of herself with a jar of sweet treats balanced on her growing baby bump as she tucked in while watching TV.
"This is what he thinks he’s coming back to VS what he’s actually coming back to unlucky lad," she joked about Gorka, who has been touring with Strictly co-star Karen Hauer and will be hitting the road again next month on the Strictly Come Dancing - The Professionals tour.
She gave a down-to-earth response as she was asked by another follower mlvinaslife: "Have you moved to Alderley Gemma?? My friend said she saw Gorka in the village a few weeks ago!" She replied: "Gosh no, lovely area but a tad too posh for us. I’m too common for Alderley, I’d drive the wives insane." Homesmithshome told her: "Love how down to earth you are #mancs."
