Gemma Atkinson has shared a special birthday message to her daughter as she marks her third birthday. The former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale actress took to Instagram on Monday (July 4) to share an adorable montage video of her little girl as she turns another year older.
It starts by showing Mia, who had a rather traumatic arrival at The Royal Bolton Hospital in 2019, during her birthday party which Gemma and fiance Gorka Marquez hosted at their Greater Manchester home on Sunday (July 3). It showed the birthday girl stood in a purple dress adorned with white hearts and a pair of long white socks.
The youngster smiled for the camera before doing a classic peace sign which has been noted by her doting parents on various occasion as they share glimpses of their family life with their millions of social media followers.

The video, set to Pink track 'F**kin' Perfect', then proceeds to include various clips and photos from her three years in the world so far with her mum and dad by her side - and Gemma's two beloved dogs Norman and Ollie.
Writing alongside the post, Gemma, from Bury, said: "3 Today!! Our kind, caring, funny, sassy, independent little lady… Keep being you Mia! Keep trying new things, keep asking your questions, and no matter what, your Mums right behind you." She then turned to her husband-to-be and said: "@gorka_marquez How lucky we are!"
The Strictly Come Dancing professional was quick to respond, writing: "The best little thing in the world," before the pair's celebrity pals began flooding the post with birthday messages for Mia.
Reigning Strictly champ Giovanni Pernice said: "Happy bday you Angel!" while co-star and Gorka's dance partner Karen Hauer wrote: " Happy birthday beautiful Mia." Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy Metcalfe in Emmerdale, added: "Happy birthday beautiful girl!!!!"
Proud dad Gorka also shared his own video, featuring clips of on a recent holiday to Tenerife, a special place for the couple. "HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY princess!!" the Spanish dancer wrote. "Thanks for being the way you are and for giving mummy and papa the best gift in life that is YOU!
"We love you lots and even if you Don’t keep growing you will always be my PRINCESS." He then added: "FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS!!!!
@glouiseatkinson." But his wife-to-be was soon sharing an anecdote in relation to the video. "The pram that was used all holiday just for our bags because 'I can waaaalk mum,'" she laughed as she was seen pushing the pram around.
Gemma didn’t have the easiest of times in labour and previously said she thought she had ‘failed’ at childbirth. She needed an emergency C-section when doctors realised Mia's heart rate had dropped. And Gemma, 37, almost died when she lost nearly a litre of blood after suffering a haemorrhage.
But that hasn't stopped her desire to have more children. She told the Manchester Evening News last month: "We definitely we’ll definitely have more babies one day, hopefully," before also talking to us about her plans to say 'I Do' with Gorka.
