Gemma Atkinson's daughter is thrilled to see her dad and Strictly Come Dancing star 'crush' make it through to another week. The Hits Radio host has shared what her daughter said about Will Mellor after the toddler finally got to meet him.
Over the past few weeks, the Hits Radio host has been sharing her daughter's reactions to Will Mellor as they watch the BBC One dance contest from their home and cheer on fiance and 'Papa' Gorka Marquez and his celebrity dance partner Helen Skelton. Her daughter, Mia, has even named a stuffed elf toy after the former Two Pints of Lager star.
Earlier this month Gemma filmed Mia's reaction to the pre-recorded show results. She was thrilled to see her dad and Will get through to another week, and then she became shy when she realised she was being spoken about on the show reports The Manchester Evening News.

After both couples made it through, Claudia Winkleman said "Now Will, I love this, there is a little person who is voting for you and it is....I don't know how to say this...Gorka's daughter." She then asked: "Has it caused problems in the group?" to which Will replied: "I don't think so.
"I'm glad she's voting for me, I think it's wonderful bless her. She's only three."
Gorka then said: "It's the only way I can talk to her now. I say 'Hi Mia' and she's like 'Papa, I'm too busy.'
"Then I say I'm with Will...Will Mellor!" Gemma revealed that Will even sent Mia a video after she was quizzed on whether the Coronation Street actor know about Mia's 'crush.'
The 38 year old said: "Will does know and he finds it hilarious. Gorka, not so much. He doesn't want her fancying anyone until she's at least 28."
On Friday, November 18, Mia's dream came true as she got to go and see the Strictly stars of 2022 preparing for their big show in Blackpool on Saturday night. Gemma and Mia hit the road as the toddler got to watch rehearsals for the show in the famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
Gemma took to Instagram to share a photo of her delighted daughter alongside Will on the dancefloor, whilst he got in some last-minute rehearsals. Alongside the post, Gemma wrote: "Mia's dream came true."
Gemma made an appearance on her Hits Radio co-star and Strictly contestant Fleur East's morning show earlier that day, which she did live from Madame Tussauds Blackpool. The former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star said: "As soon as I’m dressed I’m heading down to Blackpool but, and it’s quite embarrassing to say this because you'd think I was coming to support Fleur or Gorka..."
"In reality, I’m bringing my daughter Mia to meet Will Mellor because that’s all she wants to do." Gemma added: "I’m not sure why, because he’s never met him before, but he did a dance earlier in the series when he looked down the barrel of the camera and she just turned to me and said 'It’s made me giddy.'"
Meanwhile, Gorka couldn't have looked happier as he was reunited with both of his girls. The Spanish dancer took to Instagram with a picture of the trio outside the Blackpool Tower.
He wrote: "The Girls came to Blackpool" alongside the sweet family photo. The 34 year old added: ""Best day ever watching Mia taking all in… last time she was her in the ballroom tower she was 5 months old."
Fans were quick t comment on the post, which was taken over by one name. @ilyelsie said: "Hope you’re having a lovely time!! i’m glad mia finally got to meet will mellor. Love this pic."
