Gemma Atkinson has shared the 'reality' of her glam photoshoots as a 'tired mum'.
The Hits Radio presenter is currently spending a lot of time in front of the camera ahead of the release of her second book.
She is set to release The Ultimate Body Plan for New Mums 12 Weeks to Finding You Again in April.
Gemma's daughter Mia, who she shares with Strictly star Gorka Marquez, also featured in the book as the mum-of-one shares her own experiences in a bid to help other new mums ease their way back into exercise and nourish themselves.
And Gemma is no stranger to sharing the truth behind being a busy working mum.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star from Bury shared a couple of throwpack photos to give a glimpse into what it is like on her photoshoots.
One of the side-by-side images showed one of the final images of Gemma, 37, in a black cardigan dress in front of a white backdrop.
Wearing extensions, her long blonde locks had been curled and were swishing down one side of her body as she smiled for the camera.
The second snap then showed the behind-the-scenes and while everything down to her knees looked completely normal - it was below them that wasn't.
Gemma was still wearing jeans on the bottom half of her legs in a bid to keep warm on the shoot.
"#tb Photo shoot reality… 'are you seeing my full leg?' No. 'Fab, shoot like this then it’s freezing,'" she captioned the post to her 1.7m followers.
"I have a busy run of shoots coming soon for all the promo for my 2nd book! I’ll take you on them with me & show you the reality of an Amazing makeup artist, good lighting & great photographers and remind everyone that without them, I’m a tired a*s mum who needs help on the daily."
And her followers were quickly sharing their praise.

Earlier this month Gemma showed women 'can do both' as she shared a set of 'strong and stunning' snaps.
One of the photos showed the former Emmerdale and returning Hollyoaks star showing off her toned abs in a black sports bra and short red boxing shorts.
The other snap showed Gemma on a glitzy red carpet, dressed to the nines in a backless, halterneck black gown.
Last week, Gemma was publically compliment by her husband-to-be as she posed for the cameras on the red carpet at the Brit Awards.
The actress and presenter looked stunning in an asymmetrical neckline navy blue dress.
She wore her silky thigh-slit dress with metallic gold heels and accessorised with a gold bangle.
