Find out the definitive answer on whether there'll be another series, here.

The Christmas special in 2019 was so well-loved and had that massive cliffhanger it would be heartless not to come back for another series. So, while we'd love to see the Barry and Billericay lot back together, let's find out what the cast are up to now. For more television stories follow WalesOnline's TV page.

It was one of life's great injustices that Dave Coaches didn't even have a moment in the 2019 Christmas special, but actor Steffan Rhodri hasn't been quiet since the show initially finished back in 2010. A Welsh TV stalwart, Steffan had roles in Pobol y Cwm, Belonging, A Mind to Kill and loads more before G&S and since then he's been working on even more high profile films and TV.

Larry Lamb

Gavin's father, Mick Shipman, is played in the BBC comedy series by actor and radio presenter Larry Lamb. Mick - who runs his own company - is a calming influence on his wife, Pam, and is content with their life.

During the show's initial run, Lamb, 74, also played villain Archie Mitchell on EastEnders from 2008 until 2009. He later went on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2016, when he came seventh and clashed with Homes Under the Hammer frontman, Martin Roberts who said that Lamb's actions reminded him of being bullied at school.

After leaving the camp Lamb told Ant & Dec in his exit interview that: "Martin isn’t the sort of person I’d be going out with socially, that’s all there is to it. That concentrated time together puts heat on the pot and sometimes that bubbles to the surface. We had a couple of little conversations but that was put to rest.”

Lamb has also had acting roles more recently in true crime film The Hatton Garden Job and in New Tricks. He notably led the cast of the short-lived show Pitching In, set in a fictional North Wales caravan park in 2018, where he was reunited Larry with Gavin and Stacey co-star Melanie Walters. In his personal life, Larry has four children, including radio presenter George Lamb, and is also a grandfather.
