Gaucho launch Taylor Swift-inspired bottomless brunch which follows the Eras tour

Argentinian steak chain Gaucho has launched a Taylor Swift-inspired brunch which follows Swift’s Eras tour around the UK

Available only on the selected dates in the cities across the UK which are both set to host a Taylor Swift concert and have a Gaucho, the brunch is due to arrive in London towards the end of June and again in August.

The full menu is yet to be revealed, however the brunch is said to be inspired by Taylor Swift’s dining preferences, reportedly serving her favourite dishes such as buttermilk fried chicken tenders.

In an homage to songs and lyrics from Taylor Swift, the bottomless cocktail offering is getting a Swifty shot in the arm with the “Midnight” martini and a twist on what is allegedly the musician’s favourite: a “Cruel Summer” cosmo.

If chicken tenders, martinis and cosmopolitans weren't enough to get Swifties going, the brunch is also set to feature entertainment in the restaurant itself, from a DJ playing the greatest Taylor Swift hits to bespoke friendship bracelet-making.

Intended as the ultimate pre-show meal for the ultimate Taylor Swift fan, Gaucho are encouraging diners to arrive in their sparkliest outfits, set to be topped up by an on-site glitter artist ensuring a glittery glow-up before the concert itself.

Following the Eras tour across the UK, the Gaucho brunch will be available in Glasgow and Edinburgh on June 8, Liverpool on June 15 and Cardiff on June 18.

The London dates are June 22 and August 17, and will be hosted at the Gaucho on Swallow Street.
