Speaking on the Overlap, in partnership with Sky Bet, Neville said: “I want that top six disrupted. We need Everton and Newcastle, with the money that they're going to throw at this. We need that top six to be disrupted.
“It’s good for the league, good for the competitiveness. It’s (important) that they don't get the power base set so they think that they take all the Champions League money every single year.
“Then that gap doesn't just come between the Premier League and Championship, it comes between the top six and the other 14. We need that blend right the way through. West Ham, with the owners they've got, David Moyes is achieving the absolute heights.”
