Sky Sports pundit and former Manchester United star Gary Neville has claimed that Leeds United's board have acted 'arrogantly' in the pursuit of a new permanent manager at Elland Road.
It's been two weeks since Andrea Radrizzani and company gave Jesse Marsch his marching orders but they've been unable to secure a permanent name in their dugout since, despite having been linked with over a dozen names.
But despite promising fans there would be a new appointment just two days after the American's departure, the Whites are still being headed by interim boss Michael Skubala.

"It can sometimes be poor planning, it can sometimes be a little bit of arrogance. Both, as well probably," Neville said on The Gary Neville Podcast.
"The fact that they can sit there, sack their manager and think they can get in whoever they want and suddenly they all turn them down or all aren't available, that can happen and it's usually naivety that causes that.
"Where you usually get above your station and think you can bring in anyone you want... no. It's a worry for Leeds, again you think to the Everton game which was such a big game for them.
"Everton and Sean Dyche, they did well to get the victory, but from Leeds' point of view, you have to look above the players and look above the interim manager and say it isn't looking particularly great on their part at this moment in time in terms of how they've dealt with the sacking of a manager.
"You need a seamless transition to settle the changing room down, settle the fans down as well, even settling us [the media] down to stop everyone from thinking you don't know what you're doing."
Neville then went after Leeds owner Radrizzani who had initially promised a fan there'd be an appointment the day after Marsch was sacked.
"Did he [Andrea Radrizzani] not come out on Twitter three or four days in[to the hunt for a replacement] and say 'We're going to appoint someone this week'? That's bad."
