Gary Neville is concerned the Glazers will eventually decide not to sell Manchester United as the takeover process rumbles on.
Neville has been a staunch critic of the United owners for several years and this season he has become even more outspoken following the Glazers' announcement that they were looking for investment options. One of the proposals was to complete a full sale of the club, something which the current Sky Sports pundit would back.
However, the process has dragged on with the two frontrunners, Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, no closer to taking the reins at Old Trafford. Despite reports this week suggesting Avram and Joel Glazer were now on board with a full sale, Neville is not convinced.
In an interview with The Guardian, he said: "What you want from leaders is good, clear communication. The Glazer family do the exact opposite.

"They’re in a position of authority, looking after a community – and United’s fans around the world are a global community – but the Glazers haven’t communicated with them for nearly 20 years.
"The sale process is extending to an unpalatable length, everyone’s in the dark and it’s symptomatic. They have to exit but I haven’t got faith that they’ll do the right thing."
Currently it is believed Sheikh Jassim is in pole position to be successful with his bid. The Qatari banker is aiming for full control of the Reds.
On the other hand, Ratcliffe has proposed to buy 60 per cent of the club which would leave the door open for the Glazers to remain at the Theatre of Dreams.
