Gary Neville and Piers Morgan have struck a £1000 charity wager ahead of Manchester United's meeting with Arsenal this weekend.
Arsenal are currently sitting pretty at the summit of the Premier League after winning their opening five games of the season - a run of form that has left Morgan and other fans excited at what the rest of the season could hold for Mikel Arteta's side.
However, Neville has warned Morgan that his side will "get done" when they head to Old Trafford on Sunday. And the former the Red Devils defender is set to put his money where his mouth is, with the proceeds set to go to charity.
After Morgan had urged Arsenal to "break the bank" for Declan Rice in a bid to challenge for the Premier League crown, Neville responded by tweeting: "You’ll get done at Old Trafford Sunday! Forget the title".
Unsurprisingly, Morgan had plenty to say about that and promptly retorted: "Fancy a £1000 bet to charity on that, T-Bag?" Neville agreed, with Morgan later outlining that both would donate £500 to charity each if the weekend's match ends all square.
After a making disastrous start to life at Manchester United, Erik ten Hag has steadied the ship at Old Trafford in recent weeks. United managed to follow up their huge victory over Liverpool with a result at Southampton and are bidding to make it three wins on the spin against the Gunners on Sunday.

The match could see Manchester United new boy Antony make his Old Trafford bow after the Brazilian forward finally completed his switch from Ajax on Thursday morning.
After weeks of drawn-out negotiations, United finally agreed on a deal worth an initial £81.5million for the 22-year-old, although various add-ons could see the Dutch giants rake in a staggering £85.1m in total.
And Antony admitted that the lure of working with Ten Hag again was a big reason behind the switch after he flourished under the Dutchman's guidance at Ajax.
He said: “This is an incredible moment in my career to be joining one of the most iconic clubs in the world. I’m thankful to everyone who has believed in me, especially my family, and all my coaches and teammates, because I could not have got here without them.
"Playing under Erik ten Hag at Ajax was perfect for me and my development. His style of football and coaching brings out the best in me, and I am excited by what he has told me about his plans and ambitions in Manchester.
“My time at Ajax was fantastic and I will always be grateful for the trust they put in me, but now I am ready for the next challenge, and I can’t wait to join my new team-mates and play my part in bringing success to Manchester United.”
