Gary Neville believes Sean Dyche can give Everton fans "exactly what they want" as he explained how the new manager can become a success at Goodison.
Dyche, who spent almost 10 years in charge at Burnley before being dismissed last April, was on Monday confirmed as the new Blues boss in place of the sacked Frank Lampard.

He is the eighth permanent appointment in the role in the last nine years, and takes over an Everton side that has won just three of 20 Premier League games this season with only goal difference keeping them off the foot of the table.

Everton transfers: No deals yet but 'work ongoing' in deadline day race against time
Everton face a race against time to strengthen before the end of the transfer window.
The club is yet to make a signing this month despite approaching January with then-manager Frank Lampard acknowledging the priority was to secure two attacking players. With just hours to go until the 11pm deadline the most significant piece of business involving the club has instead been the sale of Anthony Gordon to Newcastle United.
The ECHO understands work is still ongoing in a bid to prevent Everton finishing the month weaker than how they started it. But just hours remain for deals to be concluded.
