Gary Lineker has questioned Leicester City's approach for former Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch. Leicester are reportedly in advanced talks with the American, with Fabrizio Romano claiming that an agreement is expected to be reached in the next 24 hours.
Brendan Rodgers left the King Power Stadium by mutual consent after over four years at the helm last weekend. The Foxes lost 1-0 against fellow relegation rivals Bournemouth on Saturday, and sit in 19th place and two points adrift of safety.
Marsch has been out of work since he was sacked by Leeds in February. He lasted less than a year in charge at Elland Road, and had gone eight league games without a win at the time of his departure.

In response to the reports linking Marsch with the managerial vacancy at Leicester, Lineker simply tweeted: "Really?".
Marsch helped keep Leeds in the Premier League last season courtesy of a 2-1 victory over Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium on the final day.
However, he struggled to build on his survival heroics as Leeds found themselves embroiled in yet another relegation battle despite investment from the board in both the summer, and in the January transfer window.
The 49-year-old previously managed Montreal Impact and New York Red Bulls in Major League Soccer, and Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig in Europe.
