Gary Hamilton was left to bemoan a familiar issue as Glenavon slipped to defeat at Larne on Friday night.
Whilst the Lurgan Blues boss was disappointed with the three goals his team conceded, he felt his players did not make the most of the chances which fell their way.
Hamilton felt his side had enough opportunities to make an impact at Inver Park, but, as has been the recurring theme in recent weeks, they failed to take them.

"I thought it was three really poor individual errors which have cost us," he told Glenavon TV.
"In terms of overall play, possession of the ball, effort and getting in good areas in my opinion we were better than them.
"It just wasn't our night in the final third again. I said it after the defeat to H&W Welders last week, we're not making the right decision when we get in the final third.
"In that first half we made two mistakes and conceded two goals from a third man run.
"I thought we got into really good areas in the second half, but our quality wasn't enough and we didn't work their goalkeeper.
"We made another bad mistake and got punished for it again. That was the story of our night and they punished us with the quality they have.
"The pluses are we've come down to a very good Larne side, played well and got into good areas."
