Investigations are ongoing three years after the first murder of a bloody gangland feud.
Keith Branigan, 29, had only been married three weeks when he was shot dead in Drogheda, Co Louth, on August 27, 2019.
He was not considered a major criminal but was targeted by associates of paralysed mob boss Owen Maguire because of his friendship with the leader of a rival gang.

Earlier this year, two people with links to Maguire’s gang were arrested and quizzed about the murder.
At the time of the killing Supt Andrew Watters described the murder as “indiscriminate and callous” as he made an appeal for information.
