Gardai seized a large number of cigarettes and tobacco during a raid in Dublin.
Officers assisted by a sniffer dog carried out a number of searches in Tallaght on Monday morning. They found a whopping €1.36 million worth of cigarettes and tobacco during the raid.
The seized items were later handed over to staff from Revenue’s Custom Services. A garda spokesman said: "The cigarettes seized represent a potential loss to Revenue in excess of €1m. No arrests have been made at this time.
"Investigations are ongoing."
