Gardai launch urgent public appeal in search of 13-year-old from Waterford missing for a week

Gardaí have launched an urgent appeal to the public for information around the whereabouts of a 13-year-old boy missing from Waterford.

Jimmy Reynolds, from Dungarvan, was last seen on the afternoon of Thursday, July 21, and has not been heard from since.

The teen is described as being 6ft tall and is of a strong build with black hair and brown eyes.

According to investigating officers, Jimmy was wearing a Boss t-shirt and navy shorts when he disappeared.

A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said: “Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 13-year-old Jimmy Reynolds who went missing in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford on Thursday afternoon, 21st July 2022.

“Jimmy is described as being 6 foot tall with a strong build. He has black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, Jimmy was wearing a Boss t-shirt and navy shorts.

“Anyone with information on Jimmy’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dungarvan Garda Station on 058 48600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.”
