A new position within An Garda Siochana has become available with the force looking to hire a new stores person in Dublin.
The wages for the role can climb to €670.35. The rate offered starts at €487.58.
The successful candidate will work in the Central Stores in Santry Complex, Shanowen Road which manages the storage, distribution and administration of Garda uniform and equipment.

Some of the job responsibilities include:
- Checking and certifying receipts of stock from suppliers;
- Ensuring stock is carefully housed and maintained;
- Packing, preparing and issuing of stock;
- Accurately recording stock issued;
- Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks/vans;
- Routine stocktaking including replying to queries and reporting discrepancies
A Stores Person will work on average not less than 41 hours 15 minutes gross including lunch breaks, or 35 hours net per week. But they may be required to work such additional hours from time to time.
