Gardai appeal for information after two people flee robbery at Cork business

Gardai are appealing for information after a business in Cork was robbed.

The incident occurred at a property on the Mill Road in Youghal last Tuesday, March 8.

According to a statement published by An Garda Siochana, it took place at around 1.15 am.

Two people gained access to the property and managed to take a large quantity of cigarettes and several mobile phones.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot through nearby fields.

Gardaí are now appealing for information from anyone who was in the Mill Road area of Youghal between 1 am and 1.25 am.

They are also looking for any road users who may have dashcam or video footage, to make it available to them.

No arrests have been made at this point, and investigations are ongoing.
