A Garda checkpoint over the Bank Holiday weekend found a knife in the back of a car.
It was one of a number of problems found with the vehicle at the stop in Wexford on Monday afternoon.
The checkpoint was part of a special unit's operation on a road in the south-eastern county.

The knife wasn't the only thing found in the car, as the driver will now have to face a day in court.
A Garda spokesperson on social media explained: "While conducting a crime checkpoint in Wellingtonbridge, the Wexford Burglary Response Unit intercepted a vehicle which initially failed to stop.
"Vehicle was found to have no tax, insurance or NCT and was driving on bald tyres.
"On searching the vehicle Gardaí found a quantity of suspected illegal drugs and a knife. Car was seized and court to follow."

Failure to display an insurance disk carries a fixed charge of €60 (rising to €90 after 28 days).
If you drive while uninsured, you could be fined up to €5000 and get 5 penalty points. You could also go to prison for up to 6 months.
The penalty for driving without an NCT certificate is a fine of up to €2000, and/or up to 5 penalty points and/or imprisonment for up to 3 months.
And that's before you get to the knife and the illegal narcotics.
