Galway has been named among the top 10 cities for raising a family in Europe, while Dublin has ranked lowest in terms of Irish cities.
Cork and Limerick also made the list, with both coming in the top 30.
Galway has been put in 6th place on a list of the best cities to raise a family in Europe, placing above Helsinki, Edinburgh and Olso.

A good ratio of green spaces and choice of sports centres were winning factors for the city, according to research carried out by learning platform Preply.
Ranking in 7th place for the best air quality in Europe also contributed to Galway coming so high on the list.
In terms of education, the city came 18th on the list and placed 23rd for health and safety.
Cork came in joint 25th place alongside Maribor in Slovenia. It ranked 38th for education, 37th for health and safety and 20th for lifestyle and leisure.
Limerick came in just four places behind Cork at 29. It came 21st for education, 67th for health and safety and 16th for leisure.
Dublin city was ranked the worst in terms of Irish cities, coming in at 66th on the overall list.
A statement from Preply said: “Unluckily, high crime rates, high pollution levels and a poor distribution of educational attractions per 100,000 residents (per capita) mean that in comparison to other cities.
“The country’s capital suffers in comparison to other European cities but also in comparison to its fellow Irish cities, largely due to its high crime rates, high cost of living and a poor ratio of residents to recreational space.”
In terms of education, Dublin came in at 45th. It placed 71st in health and safety and 69th in leisure and lifestyle.
This being said, Dublin ranked 66th out of the 131 European cities, meaning that it was actually considered to be middle of the road.
London was ranked extremely low at 97 and came in at 83rd for education, 92nd for health and safety and 93rd for leisure.
Funchal in Portugal came in the overall first place, followed by Trieste in Italy and Lisbon in Portugal.
