It was the same story but a different day for Michigan State basketball on Tuesday night.
The Spartans blew a second half lead to fall at Minnesota, 59-56, on Tuesday night. It was yet another road loss for the Spartans, who have only picked up a single road win this year.
Michigan State is now 14-9 overall and 6-6 in Big Ten play following the loss to Minnesota.
Michigan State will return to the court on Saturday in a big-time home matchup against Illinois. That game is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET and will be televised on CBS.
