Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli has issued a huge update on his eagerness to sign a new Arsenal contract after an impressive start to the season
The Brazilian has starred for the Gunners scoring five goals and grabbing two assists from his 12 Premier League appearances so far this campaign.
Speaking on a possible new contract, he told reporters at Arsenal's pre-Zurich press conference: "I want to stay they just need to give me a pen."

He added: "I am very happy at Arsenal. I said it many times, I love to be here. I love the city, I love everything about Arsenal so I want to stay."
"Yeah, just need to get a pen."
The 21-year-old, who recently made his 100th Arsenal appearance, has been with the club since the summer of 2019 after joining for a fee of £6million from Ituano.
After a steady first few campaigns at the club, Martinelli has been one of Arsenal's best performers this season and notched his 23rd Arsenal goal in the victory against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Martinelli's contract is due to expire in the summer of 2024, but Arsenal are reportedly interest in rewarding the forward for his blistering start with Martinelli clearly interested in remaining in north London beyond 2024.
