Full list of Arsenal players going to Qatar 2022 World Cup as defender snubbed by national squad

After several months of deliberation, international managers have finally confirmed their squads for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.

Every nation has now announced their 26-man squads for the competition, giving a clearer indication of which players will and won't be present for their club in training while their country is in action. Club bosses will have been as eager as the players and supporters to find out who will be staying at home to work on their fitness over the regular season break.

Arsenal are set to hand those who are not due to be on international duty some time off before scheduling a training camp in Dubai. The squads have all finally been announced, however there was heartbreak for youngster Omar Rekik, who has featured in the Tunisia side but has been dropped for the tournament.
