FX has recently found itself in the midst of a controversy surrounding the unauthorized release of a clip from the upcoming third season of its acclaimed dramedy, The Bear. The network has vehemently condemned the media's use of the clip, which was reportedly captured during a Disney shareholders meeting presentation and subsequently shared without permission.

The scene in question featured Jeremy Allen White's character, Carmy, a perfectionistic chef, navigating a tumultuous opening night at his revamped restaurant. Despite the clip being leaked online, FX has made it clear that it was not intended for public consumption beyond the shareholder meeting.

In a statement addressing the situation, FX emphasized that the clip was not authorized for widespread dissemination and urged media outlets to refrain from sharing it further. The network has requested the immediate removal of the clip from any platforms where it may have been posted without consent.

The Bear, which began filming its highly anticipated third season in February, is set to make its return to FX and Hulu in June. The series, known for its critical acclaim and multiple Emmy wins, follows the lives of restaurant workers in a high-intensity Chicago eatery.

The show's ensemble cast, including Emmy winners White, Ayo Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, has garnered praise for their performances. The first two seasons of The Bear are currently available for streaming on Hulu, further solidifying its status as a fan-favorite series.
