Furious food delivery driver confronts woman who claimed she hadn't received her order

A furious food delivery driver drove back to confront a customer who had lied and claimed she hadn't received her order.

TikTok users have come out in support of Yung Tuci, who posts online under the username @yungtuci, after he filmed himself speaking to a woman at her workplace when she reported that she had not received the food.

He told her that her apparent effort to get "free food" had put his job on the line, and pointed out that other members of staff had reportedly seen her take the delivery.

A clip of the incident involving a DoorDash delivery in the US has now received more than 18million views, reports the Daily Star.

In the video, Tuci can be seen asking her "So, you didn't get the DoorDash order from earlier?", to which she replies: "I have no idea what you're talking about."

Gesturing in the direction of the building's receptionist, he said: "She even saw you with the food and you guys have cameras here. You said the order never arrived."

But when she then goes on to claim that she "didn't" report that order never arrived, he asks: "So, why does it say that the customer says that the order never arrived?"

When she says again that she doesn't know, he replies: "Are you just trying to get free food and put my job on the line?"

In the popular TikTok clip, Yung Tuci tells the woman that her fake report had put his 'job on the line' (@yungtuci/Tiktok)

Tuci goes on to reveal that he has been issued with a "contract violation" because of her claim that the food was never dropped off and now his "job is at risk."

She then continues to admit that she did receive the order while insisting she didn't make the refund request.

In the caption, Tuci added: "Had to end up telling her if she doesn't call support before the end of the day and get the violation removed her jobs on the line next.

"Also pay close attention to how much she switches up from not knowing anything about what I'm talking about at first to completely admitting the order arrived tf u mean." [sic]

TikTok viewers have heaped praise on the delivery driver for confronting her about the missing food claim, as one wrote: "She did and is embarrassed you actually came back all on video."

Another commented: "Normalise calling people out."

While a third said: "I'm so glad you did this."

DoorDash has been contacted for comment on the incident.
